Dear Mrs. Carlson:
We are enclosing a check in the amount of $2,020.81 made payable to
First Florida Trust for the pre-arranged funeral expenses for Nina
Martin. We are also returning to you the original Pre-arranged
Funeral Agreement which is to be signed by you, as Guardian of the
Person, in the space indicated and returned to Hubbell. Please
provide us with a copy of the executed Agreement, when available.
Receipt is acknowledged of the letter dated August 30, 1991 from the
Morton Plan Rehabilitation and Nursing Center indicating that no
further amounts are due them.
Once we have received your fee as Guardian of the Person and the fee
from Attorney Haygood, the amounts due will be paid and the Trust
will be closed.
