On May 12, 1992, we sent you a letter relative to the balance still
owing on the cemetery property described as Space 1, Lot 2, Block 16 which
you contracted to purchase with the City of Clearwater on September 25,
1990.
Our letter dated January 14, 1992 advised you that cemetery spaces are
currently being sold for $ 500.00 plus recording fees.
This will be our last attempt to complete the contract with you.
If we do not receive the full payment of $97.10 by June 10, 1993, we
will place the space back into our inventory and make it available for sale.

accordingly.

Dear Mr. Camparetto:
I have been asked to investigate a matter involving the
purchase of a cemetery space by Etta Jean Harrington. She is, I
believe, a client of yours.
An installment contract was signed by Ms. Harrington on June
14, 1991, wherein she agreed to pay $200.00 as follows: a deposit
of $20.00, equal monthly installments of $30.00, and a final
payment of $37.10. In the event of a default the entire amount
outstanding would become due. Failure to pay the total amount due
terminated the contract with all sums previously paid being
retained by the City. Mrs. Harrington has failed to complete her
payments.
It has been learned that Ms. Harrington filed a petition in
bankruptcy court on or about February 18, 1992. It has also been
learned that she did not list the City as a creditor with respect
to this claim.
I would appreciate hearing from you with respect to Ms.
Harrington's intentions as to the cemetery space.
I shall look forward to hearing from you.

attached) requesting payment of the balance owed on
the cemetery space purchased on September 25, 1990.
You visited our office and it was agreed you would
make a payment by March 20, 1992 and pay the
balance by April 20, 1992.
To date we have received no additional payments.
If we do not receive full payment of $97.10 by May
29, 1992 we will cancel the contract and any monies
paid will be retained by the City per the contract.
