am conducting genealogical (family history) research on the family of Frank
McAtee Affleck, who is the first cousin of my client who resides in Australia. According
to the deceased's death certificate, he was buried in the Clearwater City Cemetery.
would greatly appreciate any assistance you can provide in my research. If
possible, I would like a copy of the complete burial record for the following individual,
including a copy of the plat showing all those buried in the plot. In addition, if a map
showing where the grave is located in the cemetery is available, I would also like a
copy of that map.

I have checked information in our office and we do not have any files in our records center that contain information re
Frank Affleck. The only other suggestion I have is to try Pinellas County Court House, Official Records, 315 Court Street,
Clearwater, FL 33756 (Phone number 727-464-4876). If the deed to the burial plot was recorded in 1962, their office may
have a copy in their official records.
