I am a relative of Nicholas Andrew Lee, deceased July 25, 2010. Could you please tell
me the location of his interment in the Clearwater Municipal Cemetery, and also mark his
plot location on a cemetery map? His cremains were reportedly interred next to those of
his grandparents, Loretta Jones (d. 1994-5) and William Jones (d. 1989?).

I received your letter dated March 25, 2011 regarding the burial location of
Nicholas Andrew Lee. I searched through our files and our cemetery program
and we don't show any record of Mr. Lee being interred in the Clearwater
Municipal Cemetery.
I also searched under the names Loretta Jones and William Jones and no
records were found under these names either.
The Clearwater Municipal Cemetery is located at 1300 Myrtle Avenue in
Clearwater, Florida.
