Your letter regarding the repurchasing of your cemetery property was
forwarded to the City of Clearwater by the Pinellas County Clerk of the Circuit
County. Please be advised that our Code allows us to repurchase the spaces at
the original price less a 159. transfer charge. We would therefore, be able to
repurchase spaces A and B, Lot 38, Block 12 for $124.10.
In order for us to proceed with the repurchase of these spaces, it will be
necessary for you to sign the enclosed Quit Claim deed in the presence of two
witnesses and a notary and return it. Please return your original deed along with
a copy of your husband's death certificate. If the lots are not owned jointly,
we will need proof that you are the beneficiary of these lots. The City will
issue a check to you in the amount of $124.10 upon receipt of the above.
