Dear Mr. Woody:
The City of Clearwater, Florida owns and operates the municipal cemetery in which Mr.
Benjamin Barnes is interned.
After physical audit of the cemetery by the City, it was noted that Mr. Barnes was not
placed square in the plot that Ms. Geraldine Smith had purchased for his burial. The
City then engaged you, Mr. Nathan Woody, to arrange for the placement of Mr. Barnes
in his plot. You were chosen because you performed the original burial and had a
rapport with Mr. Barnes' next of kin. The reinterment was one plot to the South of his
original internment.
The City compensated you for your kind service and appreciates your cooperation.
