The Clearwater Horseshoe Club would like to extend the facility use agreement with the
City of Clearwater from October 1, 2010 through September 30, 2011.
The Clearwater Horseshoe Club facility continues to be one of the finest in the country.
We really do appreciate the partnership and support from the City of Clearwater and the
Parks and Recreation Department. The members of the Horseshoe Club are very proud
when players from other states attend our events and comment that this is the best
horseshoe pitching facility they have ever seen. Our club members will continue to work
very hard and volunteer our time conducting sanctioned tournaments and league activities
to keep it a first class facility in support of the community and the City of Clearwater.
Please let us know if you agree with the proposed water usage payment in a letter dated
September 24, 2010 sent to you. The Horseshoe Club is prepared to make the $300
payment to the City of Clearwater if you agree with the proposal. We agreed last year
that this would be reviewed each year and adjusted accordingly. Should you have any
