SUBJECT: Minor Plan Change/United States Coast Guard Station
DATE: February 18, 1983
On January 6, 1983 you approved the final site plan for the
United States Coast Guard Station at Sand Key. The plan was
subsequently certified by the City Clerk on the same day.
At the request of the Utilities Department, the radius of the
driveway at the southwest corner of the building was increased
for the purpose of providing sufficient maneuvering area for
sanitation vehicles to access the dumpsters.
I recommend we approve this modification as a minor plan change.
t If you concur, please initial this memorandum and forward the ten
attached copies of the revised final site plan to the City Clerk
so that she may certify them and distribute them to the
appropriate departments. Each department, in turn, should attach
the revised plan to the original plan to document the change and
update their files.
