The site plan for Sea Towers at Sand Key - Building III -
Landmark Towers II, Cheezem Land Corporation was approved
by the City Commission on October .2, 1980 subject to
_ conditions. The conditions of approval are set forth
below. Attached are five copies of the site plan for
your certification and distribution.
Sea Towers at Sand Key
1. No excavation or construction begin seaward
of the Goas~al Construction Control Line
without a permit from the State Department
of Natural Resources and an amendment of the
site plan approved by the City.
2. The building permit be obtained within 6 months
from the date of approval and the project
completed within 2 years.

The City Commission approved the preliminary site plan for
Sea Towers at Sand Key-Building IIItlLandmark Towers II on
October 2, 198D subject to conditions, The plan was certi-
fied by the City Clerk on October 7, 1980, ~•-
The developers of this property are now proposing to re-
locate the swimming pool and add a tennis court, shuffle
board court and bathhouse on the sited
The additions and changes will be made seaward of the Coastal
Construction Control Line, The State Department of Natural
Resources issued Permit No, PI•P+12~8~1 on February S, 1981
authorizing the proposed constructions
The Department of Public Works has reviewed the revised plan
and has no objection to the modifications
