The Development Review Committee at its me.eCing of May 28, 1987,
approved the above described final site plan subject to the
following conditions:
1. They satisfy the requirements for open space and recreational
fees required by ordinance. Fees must be paid prior to
certification of final site plan. (Fees paid on 7-22-87)
and
2. The requisite initial building permits be procured within six
(6) months from the date of certification and all requisite
certificates of occupancy be issued within three (3) years
from the date of certification of the final site plan:
