According to SWFWMD regulations, the stormwater management system is not required to provide storm peak attenuation. Therefore the proposed system will retain the first one half inch of runoff for quality treatment purposes only. Please refer to the enclosed Exhibit "A" -Water Quality Volume Computation. 2. In addition to notes specifying Type "D" curb within the parking area, the site plan depicts both the face and the back of the proposed Type "D" curb. Comments by Bob Perkins 1. As agreed by Mr. Perkins, the proposed 8' wide sidewalk crossing the driveway shall be in accordance with Pinellas County and ADA standards. As required by Mr. Perkins, the proposed 8" wide sidewalk shall match existing 4' wide sidewalk per Pinellas County and ADA standards. Please refer to the Final Site Plan for details. 2. A copy of the dumpster requirement form forwarded to James Maglio of the Solid Waste Department is enclosed. Pursuant to Mr. Perkins' request, the project owner or entity responsible for the maintenance shall be responsible for rolling the dumpsters out to locations designated by the Solid Waste Department.
