Please be advised that the preliminary plan for the Norton
Apartments was processed and approval granted according to
the following:
Planning and Zoning Board - 7-11-78
City Commission
- 8-3-78
a. Condition - subject to all City requirements
These revised plans comply with the condition set forth by
the City Commission i.e. The sidewalk to be extended around
the parking area adjacent to the community building so as to
connect with the walkway as now proposed.
It is appropriate at this time, therefore that consideration
of the detailed construction plans for .the above project
proceed.

He will maintain current knowledge of all local, state,
and federal laws associated with advocate activities and
especially victim compensation.
He will stay current on literature and material concerning
victimology, counseling, interviewing and community
service activities.
The Victim Assistant will be available for duty seven days
a week, twenty-four hours a day as the need requires. ~ .
He will assist the staff in formulating new program material,
procedures, and resources to achieve the objectives of
the project.
He must demonstrate dedication and interest in the philosophy
and all activities directed toward achievement of program
objectives.
f The Victim Assistant will maximize the utilization of local,
state, federal and community resources by referrals to the
i available social agencies and services.
