The site plan for Suntree Apartments~Phase I, Dorian Housing
Corportion-Champion Development Corporation was. approved by
the City Commission on December 11, 1980 subject to conditions.
The conditions of approval are set forth below. Attached are
five copies of the site plan for your certification and
distribution.
Suntree Apartments Phase I
1. .Landscape plan for the area between Building #1
and Greenwood Avenue be submitted prior to
issuance of a building permit.
2. Retention areas be re-configured consistent with
the recommendation by the Engineering Department
prior to issuance of a building permit
3. Building permit be issued within 6 months from
the date of approval and the project completed
in 2 years.

The City Commission approved the preliminary site plan for Suntree
Apartments on December 11, 1980 subject to conditions. The plan was
certified by the City Clerk on December 18, 1980.

The developer is now requesting permission to-reposition-the swimming?

,4,ment bu~T`ding:_: The new pool and building location is delineated on
the attached plans.
I recommend we approve the requested modifications as a minor plan
_change. If you concur, please initi'a1 t- ibis memo an3~orwarT'fFie
ten attached copies of the plan to the-City Clerk so that she may
certify them as a valid record of change and distribute them to the
appropriate departments. Each department, in turn, should attach
these revised pool plans to the original certified plan.
