SUBJECT: Certification of Final Site Plan/Greenwood Industrial Park
DATE: July 23, 1985
On July 18, 1985, the City Commission approved the final site
plan for Greenwood Industrial Park subject to the following
conditions:
1. Final retention design be approved by the Public Works
Department.
2. Final dumpster locations be approved by the Sanitation
Superintendent.
3. The requisite initial building permit be procured within
six (6) months from the date of City Commission approval
of the final site plan and all requisite certificates of
occupancy be procured within two years from the date of
issuance of the initial building permit.
4. Landscaping on the site exceed the minimum requirements
in the Code.
Attached are eleven copies of the final site plan for your
certification and distribution.
