The site plan for H$G Structures was approved b~ the City Commission
on March 4, 1982 subject to the following conditions:
1. Granting of easements as shown on the plan, prior to
issuance of the initial building permit.
2. The requisite initial building permit(s) be issued
i thin six (6) months from the date of City Commission
approval of the preliminary site plan and all requisite
certificate(s) of occupancy be issued within two (2)
years from the date of issuance of the initial building
permit. .
