SUBJECT: Site Plan Certification/H$G Structures
DATE: March 5, 1982
The site plan for HAG Structures was approved by the City Commission
on March 4, 1982 subject to the following conditions:
1. Granting of easements as shown on the plan, prior to
- issuance of the initial building permit.
2. The requisite initial building permit(s) be issued
within six (6) months from the date of City Commission
approval of the preliminary site plan and all requisite
certificate(s) of occupancy be issued within two (2)
years from the date of issuance of the initial building
permit.
Attached are ten (10) copies of the site plan from your certification
and distribution.
