National Safe Corporation was approved by the City Commission
on December 11, 1980 subject to a condition. The condition
of approval is set forth below. Attached are five copies of
the site plan for your certification and distribution.

1. Building permit be issued within 6 months from
the date of approval and the project completed
within 2 years.
