The plan was revalidated by the City Commission on September 19, 1985. The owner of one of the townhouse lots (Lot 108 in the plat of Fairwood Forest) is requesting a plan change to construct a 11' x 13.5' screen enclosure room addition (with slab) to the existing 915.2 sq. ft. residential unit. I recommend that you approve this request as a minor plan change subject to the following condition: The initial requisite building permit shall be procured no later than June 4, 1987 and the certificate of occupancy shall be procured within six (6) months from the date of issuance.of the initial building permit. The condition of approval is set forth below. Included in the approval was a transfer of 25 dwelling units to the Fair Oaks site from the number of units that would have been allowed on the park site immediately to the north if developed.
