The proposed addition of a single living unit to this site will not violate density or floor area limitations of the CB zone in which this property is located. The 1S additional parking spaces required will increase to 35 the number of required pazking spaces. Forty (40) pazking spaces have been provided on site. I am approving this request as a simple adjustment.
