The City Commission at its meeting of December 1, 1988 approved the above
referenced site plan. One of the conditions of approval was "The requisite
initial building permit must be procured within six (6l months from the date
of certification of the final site plan and all requisite certificates of
occupancy must be obtained within three (3) years of date of certification of
the final plan."
As of this date, no builing permit has been procured; thus, it is necessary to
revalidate and extend the life of the plan. Section 137.010 of the Code of
Ordinances authorizes the City Manager to grant site plan extensions. 1
recommend that you exercise the authority given to you and extend the life of
this plan subject to the condition that:
The requisite initial building permit be procured b December 1, 1988 '
and all requisite certificates of occupancy be obtained
(3) years of the issuance of the permit.

listed below, including me.
