Granting of easements as shown on the preliminary site plan. 2. Site Plan for Rodeway Inn previously approved by the City Commission on July 3, 1980 be voided. 3. The requisite initial building permit(s) be issued within six (6) months from the date of City Commission approval of the preliminary site plan and all requisite certificat.e(s) of occupancy be issued within two (2) years from the date of issuance of the initial building permit.
