following conditions:
1. An additional 10 feet of right-of-way be dedicated ~.,~ ~'
at the north end of the property along Gulf To Bay .~
.Boulevard prior to the issuance of any requisite
certificates of occupancy.
Z. The requisite building permit (s) be issued within
six (6) months from the date of City Commission
approval of the preliminary site plan and all
requisite certificate(s) of occupancy be issued
within two (2) years from the date of issuance of
the initial building permit.
Attached are five copies of the site plan for your certification
and distribution.
