On December 8, 1983, the City Commission approved the final site
plan for the Travel Trailer Park subject to several conditions.
One minor plan change has been approved since that date.. ,
The developer is proposing to add five parking spaces to the site
in order to meet the code requirements for visitor parking. .The
Traffic Engineer concurs with the rearrangement of parking spaces
on the attached site plan to meet these requirements.'
I recommend we approve the amendment as a minor plan change with
the following conditions to be carried forward on the. site plan:
1. Required easements be ,granted prior to issuance of a
certificate of occupancy;
2. All certificate(s) of occupancy be procured within two (2)
years from the date of issuance of the initial building
permit.
If you concur, please initial this memo and forward the ten
'attached copies of the revised plan to the City Clerk so that she
may..certify and distribute them to the appropriate departments.
