The Development Review Committee at its meeting of July 9, 1992 approved the above described revalidation subject
to the previous conditions of approval with the revised condition(s):
1. Prior to certification, enclose dumpster per City standards.
2. Prior to certification, a Landscape Plan in compliance with the Land Development Code requirement shall
be submitted for approval by the Environmental Management Group.
3. Prior to certification, the site plan must reflect the use of raised curbs or protective timbers where interior
landscaped areas abut pavement.
As conditions #2 and 3 have been met, please certify the attached plan subject to condition #1 listed above and
distribute.
