(Winner's Corp. & Tibma Brothers C~.~;-.PBS: 8'-~8~ DATE: July 25, 1988 The City Commission at its meeting of July 7, 1988 approved the above described final site plan subject to the following conditions: 1. A 10' drains a and utility easement must be provided along Gulf-to-Bay Blvd. prior ~o issuance of a building permit. 2. Ingress/egress easements and a 10' utility easement over water mains up to and includin meters and hydrants, if required by the Utilities Department, mus~ be provided prior to the issuance of a building permit. 3. The dumpster must be visually screened with a 12' wide clear opening. (Shown on the plan.) 4. 0 en space fees must be paid prior to certification of the final site plan. (Paid on 7/25/88.) 5. Final landscaping plan must be coordinated with the City Forester and is subject to approval pprior to the issuance of any building permit. (Also (~(~ refer to conditions #8 and #9.) ' 1 6. A continuous hedge must be provided along the entire north-south length of the east property line. Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above and distribute.
