SUBJECT: Minor plan change for Chi-Chi.'s Restaurant
DATE: January 29, 1980.
The preliminary site plan for Chi-Chi's was approved by the City
Commission on Novemb ~ 79 subject to conditions and certified
by the City C erk on ~'ovember 14, 1979.
The developers are now proposing the following two changes to the
Ian:
(1) to increase the building length from 152'6" to
15714", an overall increase in building area
from 10,200 square .feet to 10,375 square feet, and
(2) to decrease the total number of parking spaces
from 160 to 156; (127 is required by code) .
I recommend that we treat these modifications as a minor plan change.
If you concur, please forward a copy of this memo with your signature
along with the five attached copies of the plan to the City Clerk so
that she may certify them to constitute a valid change and distribute
them to the appropriate departments for filing.
