Re: Preliminary Site Plan Approval - Perkins Cake and Steak
Dear Mr. Targal:
Thank you for .sending the four sets of sealed prints for
certification of the preliminary site plan as approved by
the City Commission. If there are no major changes, this
plan will become the final site plan and no further approval
by the City Commission will be required. Any major change
to this plan will necessitate the submission of a final
site plan and require approval by the City Commission.
The preliminary site plan approval in no way indicates
approval of the number, sizes or location of the signs and
flag pole. These are subject to the sign ordinance and
will be reviewed by the Building Department.
