The Development Review Committee at its meeting of December 13, 1990 approved the above described
revalidation subject to the previous conditions from the March 23, 1990 certified site plan, with amended
condition number 7 to read. as follows:

7. The requisite initial building permit must be procured within one (1) year from the date of recertification
of the final site plan and all requisite certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3) years

5. Dimensions to be shown on the plan to denote measurements for
aisles, parking stalls, entrances, etc.
