The preliminary site plan for the Burger King restaurant,
located on the northwest corner of Arcturas and Gulf to Bay,
was approved by the City Commission on November 15, 1979 and
certified by the City Clerk on November 28, 1979.
The Burger King Corporation is now requesting permission to
amend the site plan to provide a twelve foot drive in front
of the restaurant. Six parking spaces will be eliminated as
a result of the change, but. the minimum number of rea,uired
spaces will still be met.
The Public Works and Traffic Engineering Departments have
reviewed and approved the proposed change.
