was approved by. the City Commission on May 21, 1981 subject
to the following .condition:
The requisite initial building permit(s) be
issued within six (6) months from the date of
City Commission approval of the preliminary site
plan and all requisite certificate(s) of occu-
pancy be issued within two (Z) years from t~ze
date of issuance of the initial building permit.
Attached are five copies of the site plan for your certifica-
tion and distribution.
