On November 1, 1984 the City Commission approved the preliminary
subdivision plat for Highland Estates of Clearwater, 2nd Add.
with the following conditions:
1. Sidewalk easement be granted as reyuired,~by Public
Works. ~
2. Final plat be recorded within six months from tiie date
of approval of the preliminary plat.
Please certify and distribute the attached ten (10) copies of the
preliminary plat subject to the conditions noted above.
