On February 7, 1984, you approved the final site plan for the
_ Myrtle Avenue Redevelopment subject to conditions. The owner is
requesting revalidation of the site plan since a building permit
was not procured within the .original time frame specified.
It is my recommendation to you that the final site plan for
Myrtle Avenue Redevelopment certified by the City Clerk on
February 7, 1984 be revalidated to include the original
conditions of approval and~tha.t condition #4 be revised to state J
that "the initial building permit be procured in accordance with
the a:Fpproval of the Board of Adjustment and Appeal approval of
