Approval and Certification of Final Site Plan/Marcarob
Apartments North '
February 20, 1985
On February 14, 1985, the Resource Development Committee
recommended approval of the final site plan for the Marcarob
Apartments North subject to several conditions. It is the RDC
recommendation to you.to approve the, attached final site plan for
Marcarob Apartments North subject to the following conditions:
1. A 10 foot easement be provided over the water main.
2. The final design of the water system be approved by the
Utilities Department.
3. The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured
within six months from the date of City Manager's
approval of the final site plan and all requisite
certificate(s) of occupancy be procured within two (2)
years from the date of issuance of the initial building
permit.
If you concur with this recommendation for approval, please
initial this memo and forward the eleven (11) attached copies of
the final site plan to the City Clerk for certification and
distribution.
