The Development .Review Committee at its meeting, of April 24, 1986
recommended approval of the final site plan for Searstown
proposed addition and Bob Evans Restaurant with conditions which
have since been. met or are listed below:
1. The water meters at the drugstore must be relocated at the
owners expense; and
2. That the requisite initial building permit be issued, within
six months from the date of certification and all requisite
certificates~of occupancy be issued within two years from
date of issuance of the initial building permit.
Please certify the attached plans with the conditions as noted
above and distribute as listed below.
