The Planning Department review the appropriate zoning and require applicant to make whatever application is necessary prior to, certification. (Reviewed and approved for zoning) 2. If appropriate, the Planning Department to request that applicant make a Land Use an Zoning change from commercial to an appropriate single family zoning and low density residential land use plan prior to certification of the preliminary plat. (Not required) 3. Plat to be recorded wi-thin six (6) months of its certification. Please certify the attached plans subject to the conditions listed above, and distribute.
