On August 20, 1986 the preliminary plat for Turtle Creek
Subdivision was certified subject to conditions. Because of
D.E.R. and S.W.F.W.M.D. approvals, there has been a delay with
the construction of the City approved improvements. The owner is
requesting revalidation of the preliminary plat since the final
plat was not recorded within the original time frame specified.
It is my recommendation that the plat be revalidated to include
the original conditions of approval and that condition ~7 be
amended to read="the final plat shall be recorded within six
(6) months of February 18, 1987." ~
If you concur with this recommendation, please nitial this memo
and forward it to the City Clerk so that she may distribute it
for attachment to the site plan certified on August 20, 1986.

DATE: August 18, 1986
The Development Review Committee at its meeting of July 24, 1986, approved
the above described preliminary plat subject to conditions. The following
changes shall be made on the preliminary plat prior to certification:
1. The front building setback line shall be shown on Lots 4 & 5 (Has been
shown on the plat 8-14-86).
2. A note shall be provided on the preliminary plat that sidewalks will'
be installed along Landmark Drive and Turtle Lane (Proposed and
existing .sidewalks for these streets have been noted on the plat
8-14-86).~ ~ '
The following conditions shall be noted on the preliminary plat for
certification:
3. Right-of-way shall be given along Landmark Drive to provide a full
100' total right-of-way for Landmark Drive.
4. An additional 50' of°ri=ght=of-way shall be given for McMullen-Booth
Road.
5. A 10' drainage and utility easement shall be given along right-of-way
of Turtle Lane.

SUBJECT: Minor Change of the Preliminary Plat for~Turtl~e Creek
Subdivision (SUB 86-6)

On August 20, 1986 the preliminary plat for Turtle Creek
Subdivision was <certifYed_~sub~ect to conditions. Because of
D.E.R. and S.W.F.W.M.D. approvals, there has been a delay with
the construction of the City approved improvements. The owner is
requesting revalidation of the preliminary plat since the final
plat was not recorded within the original time frame specified.
It is my recommendation that the plat be revalidated to include
the original conditions of approval and that condition ~7 be
amended to read "the final plat shall be recorded within six
(6) months of February 18, 1987."
If you concur with this recommendation, please initial this memo
and forward it to the City Clerk so that she may distribute it
for attachment to the site plan certified on August 20, 1986.
