DATE: June 23, 1989
The City Commission at its meeting of November 17, 1988 approved the above-
reEerenced site plan. One of the cond itions of approval was "Tlie requisite
initial building permit must be procured within six (6) months from the date of
certification of tl~e Ein 11 site plan and all requisite certificates of occupancy
must be obtained within three (3) years of date of certification of the final
plan."
As oC this date, no builing permit has been procured; thus, it is necessary to
revalidate and extend the life of the plan. Section 137.010 of the Code of
Ordinances authorises the City Manager to grant site plan extensions. I
recommend that you exercise the authority given to you and extend the life of
this plan subject to the condition that:
The requisite initial building permit be procured by November 17, 1989
and all requisite certificates of occupancy be obtained within three
(3) years of tide issuance of the permit.

The Development Review Committee at its meeting of September 24, 1992 approved the above described amendment
subject to the following conditions:
1) Signs and fencing/walls are subject to separate review and permitting processes.

site plan and all requisite certificates of occupancy must be obtained within three (3) years of the date of

The meeting was called to order by Nick Lewis, Vice Chairman, at 8:30 A.M., in the
Operations Center Conference Room.
1. NORTHEAST PLAINT, 3290 SR 580 & McMullen Booth Road
FINAL SITE PLAN
Bob Maran, Public Works Department: Questioned whether all the roads would
be 24 ft. wide, and all the parking spaces would be standard size.
Victor Chodora, Building Department: No Comments
Don Meerians, Traffic Engineering Department: Questioned if the plans
would be changed, as the actual dimensions of the spaces should be the same
as shown on the plan. He further noted that all parking spaces should be a
minimum of 19' ~ 9'.
Terry Jennings replied that an addendum would be sent out to make it clear
to the contractor and make the dimensions sensible.
Cecil >enderson, Jr., Utilities Department: No Comments
Paula Harvey, Planning Department: Stated she would have to know the
Height of the structures.
John Dennis commented that the heights would vary. The tallest building
would be the sludge dewatering building, which is two stories and
approximately 30 ft. or a little over. It would be similar to the same
building height that was approved at the Marshall Street plant.
Terry Jennings also commented that the largest circular tank shown on the
plan is about 30 ft. tall.

r10TI0N Paula Harvey moved to recommend approval of the Final Site Plan for the
Northeast Advanced Pollution Control Facility based upon a"finding of this
Committee that the plan conforms with the design guidelines for site plan
review subject to the following:
1. That the dimensions and actual construction of parking spaces and
driveways should be the same as noted on the plans;
2. The plan should identify the proposed height of the facilities to be
constructed; and,
3. That the requisite initial building permit be issued within six (6)
months and all certificates of occupancy be issued within three (3)
years from the date of the certification of the final plan.
The motion was seconded by Cecil Henderson. There was no discussion on the motion,
and the motion carried unanimously.
Also, a discussion ensued on the plan for the Center Foundation Joe Dipfaggio's
Baseball Field.
