SUBJECT: Revised Site Plan for Florida Federal Savings & Loan - Northwood Branch

This is to confirm our concurrence in the minor adjustments
made to the certified site plan for the above-referenced
project, including the deletion of one (1) parking space
and its substitution with interior landscaping as well as'
the revised radius on the drive so as to preserve existing
vegetation.
In recognition of the very minor adjustments involved; it
was not deemed necessary to seek formal plan revision ap-.
proval from the City Manager. Rather, the. concurrence of
the vazious affected departments should be noted via attach-
ment of the individual memos to the plan or notations on
the plan..
