by the City Commission on December 17, 1981 subject to t e following
condition:
The requisite initial building permit(s) be issued within
six (6) months from the date of City Commission approval
of the preliminary site plan and all requisite certificate(s)
of occupancy be issued within two (2) years from the date
of issuance of the initial building permit.
Attached are five copies of the site plan for your certification and
distribution.
