On Diay 23, 1985, the Resource Development Committee recommended approval of the final site plan. for Grandy's Country Cookin' Restaurant subject to conditions. It is the RDC recommendation to you that the attached final site plan be approved subject ~o the following conditions: 1. Radii be provided on the driveways as required by the .Traffic Engineer. 2. The dumpster type and location be approved by the Sanitation Superintendent ~' 3. The requisite initial building permit(s) be procured within six (6) months from the date of the City Manager's approval of the final. site plan and all requisite certificate(s) of occupancy be procured within two (2) years from the date of issuance of the initial building permit. If you concur with the recommendation for approval, please initial this memo and forward the eleven attached copies of the final site plan to the City Clerk for certification and distribution. Richter, Development Code See List Plan Change/Grandy's October 28 , 1985 ' ---- Administ ~ '^ i ~ ;j CITY ft~iANAGE~ The construction manager for the new Grandy's restaurant on Gulf-to-Bay Blvd. requests that the following three amendments be approved to the associated site plan: 1. The parking lot striping be changed to allow angled parking spaces. 2. The curbs be modified to facilitate angled parking spaces. 3. The driveway radius to Duncan Avenue be increased. The Traffic Engineering Depa.rt-nent has reviewed the .revised plan and has .determined it to be acceptable provided the driveway width to Duncan Avenue measure 24' (the width is not dimensioned on the plan). I understand the developer has no objection to the width requirement. I recommend we approve the request as a minor plan change with the condition the driveway width to Duncan Avenue measure 24'. If you concur, please initial this memorandum and forward the attached copies to the City Clerk for certification and distribution.
