The site plan fox Ace Auto Parts, Bobier, was approved by
the City Commission on January 21, 1982 subject to the fol-
lowing condition:
The requisite initial building permit(s) be issued
wi,.thin six (6) months from the date of City Com-
mission approval of .the preliminary site plan and
all requisite certificate(s) of occupancy .be is-
sued within two (2) years from the date of issu-
ance of the initial building .permit.
Attached are .ten copies of .the site plan for your certifi-
cation and distribution.

office to be picked up by the developer.
