DATE: August 17, 1989
The Development Review Committee at its meeting of July 27, 1989 approved the
above described preliminary plat subject to the following conditions:
1. Signs and fencing/walls shall be subject to separate review and permitting.
2._ There shall be n_o more than one. access point off each road.
3. The final plat shall be recorded within six (6) months of certification
of the preliminary plat.
Please certify •the attached plats subject to the conditions listed above and
distribute.
