-The preliminary site plan for St. Petersburg Bank and Trust.
Company, ,Clearwater B"ranch Bank; St. Petersburg-Bank and
~` Trust Company was originally approved by the City Commission
on July 3, 1980 and certified by the City Clerk on July 15, 1980.
The developer submitted several major plan changes which were
approved by the City Commission on January 8, 1981 subject to
conditions. The conditions of approval are set forth below.
Attached are five copies of the newl-y approved site plan for
your certification and distribution.
St. Petersburg Bank ~ Trust Company, Clearwater Branch Bank
1. Subject to the conditions of the initial certification
dated July 15, 1980.
2. The Bank be responsible for and incur. any cost related
to correcting any hazard or nuisance to the adjoining
public street system as a result of the reflective glass
facade of the proposed building.

1980 subject to conditions. The conditions of approval are

Conditions:
1. Dedication of 40 ft. additional right-of=way at the inter-
section of Gulf-to-Bay Boulevard and Court Street.
2. Appropriate utility easements be granted
-- 3. Building permit be issued within six months from approval
date and total project be completed within two (2) years.
Attached are five copies of the site plan for your certification
and distribution.
