The proposed buffer landscaping (shrub patterns and tree placement) is to be coordinated with existing and proposed landscaping and trees on adjacent sites. 4 Future gateway/entry landscaping will be coordinated with South Fort Harrison roadway buffer landscaping. 5 The 25' wide buffer preserves and incorporates existing mature trees and landscaping, as well as an existing brick and wrought iron fence. Existing trees will be selectively trimmed and/or removed to encourage healthier canopy spread for shade on the sidewalk and better definition of the streetscape. 6 The 10' wide buffer contains the same types of plant material as the 25' wide buffer and will be augmented by landscaping to be provided wish the proposed improvements on the east side of South Fort Harrison.
