(2) Accessory uses-shall comply with all terms contained in section 41.121. (3) All uses, whether permitted, conditional or nonconforming, shall be conducted in consonance with the use standards con- tained in sections 42.22, 42.31, 42.32 and 42.34. (4) The permitted and conditional uses al- lowed in this district shall be subject to the area threshold applicable to such uses as set forth in the Rules Concerning the Administration of the Countywide Future Land Use Plan as amended.
