Delivered under separate cover are 15 copies of the amended certified site plan Ph.l and Ph.2
for the above project, dated 3/15/91 and a check for $50. The amendment is requested to
resolve title and easement problems on the west side of the property. It consists of changing the
north west corner layout slightly, losing 9 parking spaces, widening the proposed easement on
B1k.35 to 15 feet, and providing a 5' landscape buffer strip.
As we discussed, this a minor site plan change. Kindly process at your earliest convenience.
