The City Commission approved the preliminary site plan
for The Harborage V, VI and VII on February 19, 1981
subject to conditions. The plan was' subsequently cer-
tified by the City Clerk on February 24, 1981.
The developers, Southeast American Development Corpora-
tion, are now requesting permission to modify the plan
as follows: (1) add carports to the .northeast of the
southernmost building, (2) decrease the total parking
by one space, and (3) enlarge the southernmost deten-
tion pond.
