The related final plat shall be recorded within one (1) year from the certification date of the preliminary plat or prior to issuance of a certificate of occupancy, whichever comes first. 2. A Unity of Title shall be recorded prior to certification of the site plan for Lots 1 and 2. 3. Prior to certification include City of Clearwater in the note proposing ingress/egress easement for Lots 1 & 2. 4. Prior to certification, remove all terms "proposed" on plat.
