Dear Sandy:
The plans that have been reviewed by the DRC have had a couple of
changes made.
The building is the same size, location and height. The amount of
parking has not changed. However, 24 of the spaces that were shown
as grass parking are now paved parking with appropriate adjustments
to water detention areas. Also, the layout of handicap parking
spaces has been altered to conform with State requirements.
