On September 4, 1986, the City Commi&sion approved the
revalidation of the final site plan for Sunset Square Shopping,
Center subject to the following conditions:
1. "The requisite building permit shall be procured within six
(6) months from'September 4, 1986 and all requisite
cert-ificate(s) of occupancy shall be procured within one (1)
year from the date of issuance of the building permit.
2. An opaque fence (the maximum height(s) permitted by Section
136.016 of the City's Land Development Code) shall be
installed along the entire east property line.
NOTE: The fence must be in accordance with Section 136.016
Fences and Walls, which includes, a required permit prior to
insta lation.
This memo should be attached to the final site plan for this
property certified by the City Clerk on August 25, 1983.
